Neo-Form was a manufacturer of composition animals and figures in Denmark from about 1946 to 1964 , where the owner passed away.

The owner of the compagny, Kai Hyllested, made his own material LITRÆNOL, which was used without strengthening with wire. Unfortunately Litrænol was very brittle, and splintered like glass if dropped. Thus it is very seldom to find the oldest models with tails, antlers etc intact.

From 1955 Hyllested experiented with a rubber-like material which he called ELASTOMER, this was used for vulnerable parts, - later some models were made completely of elastomer, solid or hollow.

Some of their models were copies, but they also made their own designs.

Many of their models are marked, but not all.
